Kelly’s journey in the healthcare industry began over 21 years ago, starting as a dental receptionist before becoming a dental assistant and ultimately growing into a leadership role. Her deep passion for dentistry and patient care has driven her to not only excel in operations but also to empower teams to deliver their best. With a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management from King University and a master’s degree in progress in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, Kelly continues to invest in her own growth while inspiring others to do the same.

Throughout her career, Kelly has managed both single dental offices and multi-site regions encompassing more than 38 locations. Her expertise spans clinical operations, management, integrations, and human resources, equipping her to identify improvement opportunities, implement strategic solutions, and lead high-performing teams to achieve organizational excellence.
