We are building the group across a large geographic footprint, including major and mid-sized metro areas around the country.

The ideal practice would have at least $1 million in annual collections (revenue), but we can possibly work with smaller practices as well.

Our focus is more on EBITDA and margins than total revenue.

We prefer doctors to view this as a long-term relationship, not a short-term exit.

Most of our doctors are mid-career, but doctors at any career stage are welcome to join us.
